Community Learning Activity Centers (PKBM) as non-formal educational institutions have a central role in providing equal education services, literacy, life skills, and community empowerment. This study aims to analyze the contribution of PKBM to improving the quality of non-formal education in Cianjur, as well as identifying supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies on several PKBM in the Cianjur area. The results of the study indicate that PKBM plays a role in reducing school dropout rates, improving the skills of students, and expanding access to education. However, challenges such as limited funds, educators, and community participation are still major obstacles. This study aims to analyze school readiness in implementing digital learning in the Ciputat area, South Tangerang. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method in three schools with different characteristics. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study showed that school readiness still varies greatly. Schools with adequate managerial and financial support tend to be more prepared, as indicated by the availability of digital infrastructure, good teacher competence, and a curriculum that has adapted to digital learning. Meanwhile, limited facilities, low digital literacy of teachers and students, and minimal training are the main obstacles for other schools. In conclusion, the successful implementation of digital learning requires synergy between technical readiness, human resources, and curriculum policies. This study provides implications for education policy makers in designing strategies for equalizing digital transformation in schools
2025-06-26T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Ummi Kultsum https://jurnal.baik.or.id/index.php/ASIK/article/view/103 THE INFLUENCE OF WORK DISCIPLINE AND COMPETENCE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT THE INDONESIAN NATIONAL POLICE MEDICAL AND HEALTH CENTER (PUSDOKKES POLRI) 2025-07-29T10:29:48+07:00 Niniek Rahayu niniekrahayu@gmail.com
This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and competence on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The background of this study is the importance of leadership in village governance, which is oriented towards public services and community satisfaction. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample consisted of 100 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique, namely residents who had interacted directly with the village head regarding village services or development.

The research instrument was a closed-ended questionnaire with two main variables: village head leadership (X) and community satisfaction (Y), each measured through 10 items on a 5-point Likert scale. Validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests were conducted before simple linear regression analysis. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between village head leadership and community satisfaction. The correlation coefficient (r) of 0.701 indicates a strong relationship, while the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.491 indicates that 49.1% of the variation in community satisfaction can be explained by the village head leadership variable. The t-test results show a calculated t-value of 10.605, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.985. Therefore, H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted.

Thus, it can be concluded that village head leadership has a significant effect on community satisfaction.
